Bracketeer Apr. 2002 - (in progress)

This is an NCAA tournament application. It is written in PHP (4.2) and uses an MS SQL Server backend. It facilitates inter-office pools during the ncaa tournament. It allows unlimited users to make use it for making their selections. It updates tournament progress and points awarded to each player. It is not yet finished, but in good shape.
